This FREE Easter printable consists of 12 bunny paw prints, with 3 toes on each paw. The object of the activity is for the child to match the number, number word, and dot representation to the correct paw print. Each paw print has a certain number of bunnies. The child will count the bunnies and then match the correct toes on the paw.

You can add to your Easter counting fun with these Free Printable Easter Egg counting and Math activities. You can also find some Easter counting Play Dough mats inside this 59 printable pack here to add more chances for number recognition practice!

Instructions for use:

Print and laminate the toes (the ovals with the dotted lines). Add Velcro dots to the back of the toes and the top of the paws to help them stick better.

Ways to play:
  1. Paws can be cut out individually and laminated to create cards for matching.
  2. Or they can be added to a file folder to create a file folder matching activity. You can put one on each page on the inside and then one on the back of the folder to include all three pages on the file folder.

Expanded uses for the printable:

  • Print and laminate the paws themselves to use as counting cards. The child can count the number of bunnies on each paw and place them in numerical order.
  • Cut out and laminate the paw prints to the ground to create a path for the kids to follow in a fun game of follow the numbers.
