Each puzzle can be done as a cut & paste activity, or you can laminate them and use velcro dots to stick the pieces. (to make them reusable)
I recommend that you leave the page with the CVC words intact, and cut out the picture pieces before giving it to the child. They can then read the word first, then find the matching picture piece and place it on top of the word. When all the pictures are matched, the mystery image is revealed!
